Thank you for your interest in leasing one of our properties. Our process is quick and simple for everyone. All we ask is that you follow the steps below to complete the process. Applications can only be processed and screening can only be done after each applicant has submitted the application fee of $50. Each adult over the age of 18 must complete an application. Thank you.
1. Submit the application fee: Online Payment.
5. There are two payment methods available to submit your application fee through PayLease, the online payment service that 3KEYS uses. One is to use a credit card, and the other is to make a direct deposit from your bank account (It’s called Ecard and is similar to writing a check).
6. The fees to use your credit card are high, whereas they are negligible when you use the ECard.
7. Once the payment process is complete proceed to the application. Return to the Tenant page and select Rental Application.
8. Complete the application and select Send.
Three Keys receives immediate notice that your payment and application have been submitted, so there is no delay in processing your application.
