With the 3KEYS state-of-the-art management and accounting program, property owners receive a monthly statement of income and expenses. When it comes to sending you your monthly rental income, we have the fastest system available and can deliver your check directly to a bank account of your choice. At the end of the calendar year owners will receive a 1099 form that shows total income for the year, and a summary of all expenses for the year.
